The revelation of the end of the 20th century was that all of us, all 7 billion and counting, possess roughly equivalent physical, emotional, and spiritual capacities.

If we all look the same on a mortician’s table, what is that thing that distinguishes one of us from the other?  Where does it reside? Is there a different one for all of us?  And which sense do we rely upon to recognize ourselves in another?
